Embodied Mindfulness

Embodied Mindfulness is a six-week course designed to cultivate greater awareness of bodily sensations as a pathway to intuitive wisdom. The body serves as an intelligent source of self-knowledge, continuously offering insights that support presence and well-being.

This course equips participants with practical techniques to establish a sustainable mindfulness practice, develop somatic awareness, and engage in meaningful self-care. Through meditation, breathwork, and yoga-inspired movement, individuals will learn to integrate these practices into daily life for enhanced balance and resilience.

Beginners Guide to Yoga

This eight-week course offers a comprehensive introduction to yoga philosophy, with a focus on Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga, providing a deeper understanding of the practice and its foundational principles.

Each session combines a brief lecture with a full yoga class, integrating theory and movement to create a well-rounded learning experience. Designed for beginners, this course equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools to engage with yoga authentically and incorporate its teachings into daily life.

About the Courses

These courses are designed to be inclusive and accessible to individuals of all physical and developmental ability levels. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), I am committed to making mindfulness and yoga-based practices adaptable for diverse needs.

I also offer customized course development and facilitation for organizations and communities seeking tailored programming.

Each course includes a comprehensive 20+ page course manual, a structured two-hour weekly class, and optional one-on-one sessions for those seeking personalized guidance.
