Embodied Connection

My Mission

is to provide a space where individuals can cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them.

Through evidence-based mind-body practices, I guide self-inquiry, personal growth, and the development of practical tools for self-regulation and well-being. My goal is to offer accessible techniques that reduce stress, enhance emotional resilience, and foster a greater sense of clarity and connection—bridging the mind, body, and spirit in a way that is both meaningful and sustainable.

“Jordan visited our skilled nursing home twice to lead her Meditation for Heart Resilience workshop. Our residents require 24/7 nursing care, have very little privacy, and unfortunately have lost a lot of agency over their own lives. Jordan’s lesson offered the residents a non-pharmacological tool to manage the stress inherent to living in such a hectic, clinical environment. She explained the science of heart neurons in an easy to understand format, demonstrated the meditation practice to fit the unique abilities of each resident, and engaged with each person with palpable calm and confidence. Ever since, residents have said they feel empowered to take a moment for themselves to meditate and find peace within themselves when things get difficult. Meditation for Heart Resilience was so popular that residents now gather for a weekly morning meditation to continue the peaceful spirit Jordan brought to our building. Thank you Jordan!”

He was my only living parent and I found myself lost, depresses and feeling like an orphan. This class made me focus on my life, myself, and my faith and truly been a BLESSING!!!!
